At Beaver Mountain we are dedicated to making your home building process as smooth and as stress-free as possible. We aim to make sure that no question regarding your project goes unanswered. That's the role performed by our dedicated and motivated customer service team.
A perfect example is Michael "Mike" Santamaria. Mike has been with Beaver Mountain Log and Cedar Homes since 2000. He has over 16 years customer service experience and has attended numerous customer and builder seminars over the years. "There, you are reminded of what you already know instinctively: no business can exist without customers," Mike reports. Mike is the primary contact for all customer and builder issues. Mike also leads our VIP visits.
Mike started out working on the production line in our mill, cutting homes and drawing cut sheets. He eventually moved up to the Engineering Department, drawing houses and working on material lists. He has also worked with our Sales Team at many of the Home Shows.
When asked what his favorite part of his job is, Mike responded with, “Never knowing what the next call will bring. I like the challenge of finding a positive resolution to any customer and builder issue.” He also enjoys getting to meet with the builders and customers, not just speaking with them on the phone.
Mike has a great deal to offer our customers and builders alike. Good people, focused on our customers, are one of the key reasons why so many people trust their new dream home to BeaverMountain.
When Mike isn’t concentrating on our customers’ and our builders’ satisfaction, he loves spending time with his wife and two boys. He also coaches little league baseball, football, and basketball. Mike says when he has a moment he enjoys it by spending time with friends and family, golfing, fishing, and BBQ’ing.
