The Heron Cove Log Home Floor Plan 5536 Sq. Ft.
Approx. Overall: 5536 Sq. Ft. Main Level: 3126 Sq. Ft. Upper Level: 2410 Sq. Ft. Features cathedral ceiling over Great Room, Master Bedroom on Main Level and 2 Bedrooms on the Upper Level, 2 1/2 bathrooms and a wraparound deck. When the Joulwans acquired a property on a large lake in Maryland, they had a vision of their children visiting often and all the grandchildren to become friends. Karen Joulwan brought her vision to Beaver Mountain Log & Cedar Homes. "I want to build my 'Field of Dreams' she said". "I want my grandchildren to visit often and all of them to grow up knowing one another." She had a location that called for a log home and again, Beaver Mountain Log & Cedar Homes was able to help her make her dream come true. A clever design makes it possible for the couple to use the main part of the house for just themselves but when three children and eight grandchildren show up, the guest suites accommodate everyone. A Wolfe range and expanding table can be opened up to seat a crowd. The Great Room has a beautiful view of the lake and the wall is almost entirely glass. The lake is ever changing and the huge fireplace makes it a welcoming haven. Clever furniture placements add to the appeal and the varying styles blend well. Karen has added a touch of color with interior walls that accentuate the patina of the wood on the outer walls. Their custom log home fills their needs very well. Karen said, "There is nothing better than a cup of coffee on the deck in the absolute quiet before the day begins." The Joulwan's "Field of Dreams" is now a reality.

The Cedar Ridge "Model" Cedar Home 1728 Sq. Ft.
The Cedar Ridge is one of our most versatile and popular cedar homes. It utilizes an open floor plan that maximizes space and is equally at home by the water in the Finger Lakes or on a hillside in Pennsylvania. The extensive use of glass enables the lucky owner to enjoy the view of the water or the orchard where the deer browse. Decking and French doors can add to the entertainment space. Our design has a total of 1,728 Sq. Ft. The Main Level is 1098 Sq. Ft. with an Upper Level of 630 Sq. Ft. and features a cathedral ceiling over the living and dining rooms with a loft over the kitchen. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make the Cedar Ridge the perfect size for vacations or a retirement retreat
The Country Cubco Cedar Home 2348 Sq. Ft.
The Country Cubco Cedar home is a variation on the dream home that most families bring to Beaver Mountain Log & Cedar Homes. They started with an idea of an addition to a small ski lodge and found as they started to express their thoughts that starting over was going to be more satisfying. They wanted room for their family and friends. The new red cedar home was custom built to accommodate large groups of skiers and snowmobilers who wanted to experience the Catskills in the winter. The kitchen sparkles with a large prep area and an adjoining dining area are very convenient. Occasional nautical touches were added by the family to bring a touch of a seaside resort to the home. Four bed rooms and a recreation area with additional bunks make it a crowd pleaser. A couple of nooks are welcome retreats when it's time to wind down. The two levels of living space fit the hillside landscape and the family's needs. The design team at Beaver Mountain asked them what wanted and what they needed and worked to get them the best of both worlds in their new custom built cedar home. The Cubco is a retreat that is their ultimate dream even if they didn't realize it until they came to Beaver Mountain. Approx Overall: 2348 Sq. Ft. Main Level: 1586 Sq. Ft. Upper Level: 762 Sq. Ft.
The Tumbleweed Log Floor Plan 2884 Sq. Ft.
Gary Silver is a skilled architect and when he found a site on top of a mountain in the Catskills, he knew that a twenty year old dream could finally happen. He had designed a home for his father long ago. It was never built but the plans were perfect for this property. He talked to the design team from Beaver Mountain Log Homes and he liked the answers to some probing questions. A savvy customer, Gary was satisfied with the professionalism of the staff at Beaver Mountain Log Homes. His plans called for two wings and had some challenging angles. Beaver Mountain was able to get the subtleties of the design translated to the staff in the mill where they actually cut the logs and boards to order. "Everyone was great. I wanted an established company to work with and a reliable contractor. I wanted help, but not someone to tell me what I should do. Beaver Mountain Log and Cedar Homes delivered. The design team made my plans work and I am happy, and what's more, my wife is happy. Thank you, Beaver Mountain for making my dream a reality." Gary has had the added pleasure of seeing his home recently featured in a premier magazine dedicated to log homes Approx. Overall: 2884 Sq. Ft. Main Level: 2048 Sq. Ft. Upper Level: 836 Sq. Ft. Features Great Room with catherdral ceiling, 3-4 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 Bathrooms
The Lee Log Home 4254 Sq. Ft.
The Lee Log Home commands your respect as it sits proudly on the hillside seemingly captain of all it surveys. The cathedral ceiling over the kitchen/dining/living area creates a space that is the heart of the home. A use of different textures in the kitchen counters plus a casual eat on counter make it easy to sit and chat with the cook as meals are prepared. The galley style is efficient but open to foot traffic. The family area is on a lower level with couches and a pool table that invite you to linger. A small wood stove keeps the room warm on chilly fall evenings. Keeping with the log home style, a lot of natural wood is used throughout the home. The wood is different in shades and types while carved doors create a look of luxury and style that reflect good taste and comfort. The Lees wanted a home that had three levels and privacy for family members but areas that beckoned family and friends to gather. They were pleased with the Beaver Mountain Custom Log Home that the design team gave them. John Lanner, Design Consultant / Project Coordinator for Beaver Mountain Log & Cedar Homes said, "I go to the site. I talk to the customer. Then I sit down and design a place that the customer will love as much as I do." It is the personal touch that shines through in a custom home from Beaver Mountain. They really do want you to have your dream.  Approx. Overall: 4254 Sq. Ft.Main Level: 1447 Sq. Ft.Upper Level: 1360 Sq. Ft.Lower Level: 1447 Sq.
