IT’S TIME TO CELEBRATE MOVING DAY!

When your custom-crafted log home, timber framed home, or hybrid home is complete, all that’s left is the big move! During this hectic and exciting time, we’re still 100% on your side!

Custom Building Services

After almost four decades of building some of the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic’s finest log homes, timber homes, and hybrid homes, we are still incredibly passionate about what we do. We still inhale deeply when a fresh load of pine or cedar is milled, pre-cut, and labeled for dry stacking, appreciating its crisp scent.

We still get excited about new design ideas and construction techniques. And although we inspect and grade the materials for your home to be sure they meet code, we also scrutinize every single log, timber, and beam to ensure they meet Beaver Mountain’s rigorous standards.

• We will develop building site specific, architect-sealed construction drawings with energy code compliance reports for permits and construction (includes detailed assembly drawings and material lists).

• Milling, precutting, and prefabrication begins! To ensure they meet your expectations, pre-cut and numbered wall logs will be dry stacked for quality assurance and your inspection.

• The wood products we manufacture are stacked on custom pallets and wrapped, then all the materials are staged together and stored inside – under cover – until delivery.

• For builder convenience, we offer split delivery dates and staggered delivery times, with storage for up to 30 days available at no charge. To keep materials dry and clean, all truckloads are tarped for delivery.

• Our experienced log/timber construction advisor provides on-site technical assistance to coordinate materials and assist with the assembly of the first two rows of pre-cut wall logs or panelized framed wall sections.

• If you have building questions and concerns, contact customer service for support, toll free, at 1-800-233-2770.
